• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with your order details once your purchase is successfully placed.

• Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details via email or SMS.

• We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Other Locations: 5–7 business days

• Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen delays, location-specific restrictions, or high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.).

• Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹2999.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:- COD available.

• Our courier partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided.

• If you are unavailable, they may contact you to reschedule or reattempt delivery.

• After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided at checkout are complete and accurate. Lil Sproutz will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

(Currently, we deliver only within India.)

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, Lil Sproutz will not be liable for delays caused by:

• Natural calamities, strikes, or lockdowns

• Courier partner delays beyond our control

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
