Return & Exchange Policy

At Lil Sproutz, we want you to love what you buy. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

• Items must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

• Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged.

• Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned/exchanged.

The following items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons:

• Innerwear and accessories (if applicable).

• Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or not following care instructions.

2. Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and product photos if applicable.

3. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return instructions.

4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate:​

   • An exchange (subject to stock availability), OR​

   • A refund (if eligible), processed within 7–10 business days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.​

• In case of a defective/incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping charges.

• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.​
